Co-Founder & Creative Strategist, Future Assembly
Jonas Pinzke is a global creative leader and brand strategist with more than 25 years of experience helping companies and organizations stay relevant in fast-changing markets. He has co-founded and led agencies and ventures including Studio Noc — part of The North Alliance network — and Valiber Group, a marketing agency merging strategy, creativity and technology for future-proof businesses.
Jonas was Co-Founder & CMO of Uniti Motors, an EV company on a mission to create the most desirable and affordable electric cars. He has served as Chief Creative Officer at Rebel & Soul, delivering immersive experiences for brands such as Johnnie Walker Blue, HSBC, LIVGolf and Don Julio 1942, and as Vice President of Brand & Marketing at Melco Resorts and Entertainment in Hong Kong and Macau. Earlier, he was Executive Creative Director at Jack Morton Singapore, working with Netflix, Porsche, Nike, Magnum, Mastercard, P&G and HSBC across the APAC region.
Passionate about sustainability, Jonas co-founded The Good Guys, helping brands and philanthropists turn sustainability into business value — with clients including Coca-Cola, UNICEF, Sida and Aveda. He also advises and sits on boards of non-profit organizations such as ActionAid and SE-Forum.
Jonas is widely recognized for visionary creativity, calm execution under pressure and an ability to inspire brands to push boundaries while staying true to their core.

Christian Swedmark is a strategist, digital pioneer and brand builder with more than two decades shaping breakthrough concepts for global brands.
He has led creative and business innovation at some of the world’s most acclaimed digital and brand experience agencies — including Projector, R/GA, Studio NOC — and founded ventures such as State Production, State Interactive and By The Ordinary.
Christian thrives where business strategy meets creativity. He has built agencies from scratch, launched new market categories and orchestrated complex, cross-disciplinary projects — from intimate brand activations to multi-billion-SEK global initiatives. His track record includes Nike, H&M, The Absolut Company, Volvo, BMW, Coca-Cola, Sony PlayStation, Adidas and more.
Beyond business, Christian has been an editor and writer for international lifestyle media, produced films for the Royal Dramatic Theatre and SVT, taught at Berghs School of Communication, and worked at the cutting edge of fashion, music and design.
